STV Code of Conduct Reporting


The support of all employees is essential in maintaining the standards we are striving to achieve and maintain. You may, at some time, encounter a situation that appears to violate the Code of Conduct. You are required to report violations of any policies in this Code of Conduct, or other behavior which you believe to be illegal or unethical.

STV has established this website and toll-free number for employees to anonymously report instances of observed or suspected violations of the Code of Conduct. However, the process of obtaining follow-up and clarifying information will be made much more effective if you identify yourself. In all instances, we will take steps to ensure that information relating to a reported violation is kept confidential, and will inform others of details relating to a reported violation on a need-to-know basis only. The toll-free number is 1-877-506-1675. The number is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. STV's Chief Human Resource Officer, will check the number and the website daily for reported violations. Reports can also be made within your section or department, or to the Legal Department of STV. A supervisor, manager, or Company lawyer in the Legal Department, or any other individual who receives a report of improper conduct should pass this information along immediately through the toll-free number or website. The Company has established a reporting system that requires employees, officers and directors to report violations of any of the policies set forth in this Code. These mandatory reporting obligations apply whether or not the reporting person was personally involved in the alleged violation of the policies set forth in this Code.
